1. Verdict
Marketplace on public testnet works at load: mint / sell / barter at 100/100; auctions 94/100 (6 create nonce races). Protocol fees push to treasury; contracts do not trap BRTR. Blocks stay ~3.5s on 3 equal validators.

- 21M incentive path not opened on this testnet.
- PROD Smartplace stays off Barter until go-live.
