Join a node

Genesis and join pack are public. To become a validator — send your wallet for DAO whitelist, then bring your own 100,000 BRTR onto Barter (Polygon → Barter bridge, or tokens already on Barter). The team does not credit deposits.

Step 1 · Wallet & your 100,000 BRTR

Send the EVM address 0x… of your validator account in t.me/barterteam or t.me/barteriants for DAO whitelist. Fund the self-stake yourself: bridge BRTR Polygon → Barter, or use BRTR you already have on Barter — at least 100,000 BRTR on that address (plus gas). The team does not top up wallets.

Step 3 · Join

Connect to the running network with the public join-mainnet-1609-1.env (peers, staking params).

Open 46656/tcp (P2P) on the VPS. Testnet keeps 26656 on shared hosts. RPC can stay local.

Step 4 · Validator

After sync, DAO whitelist, and your 100,000 BRTR on 0x… (bridged or already on Barter) — run create-validator (self-stake). Anyone can watch blocks; the active set is approval-only.
